12:00am; Konstantin Ivanov /Senior Manager responsible for business development of Software AG/ will present best practices in improving supply chain agility and creating the “perfect” demand-driven enterprise. The session will cover how to use processes to improve order-to-cash, sourcing, and new product introduction, collaborative approaches for demand response and how leading companies are leveraging KPI metrics and supplier scorecards to meet increasingly demanding customer service level agreements.”
