We are hiring a Business and IT Consultant to help us with growing our business.
As part of our team you will:
- Participate in the operational workflow development of the project
- Analyze current business and system processes for potential improvement areas
- Integrates best practices with process design to ensure continuous process improvement
- Design and develop functional specifications for modifications, interfaces and reports
To be successful you need to have:
- Bachelor and/or Master degree Business Administration; Mathematics; Engineering sciences (or equivalent)
- 2+ years of experience in a business analysis, system integration, business transformation
- Experience in system analysis and writing business and functional specifications
- Expertise in business process modeling
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility, work well under pressure
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication in English
It will be an advantage of you have:
- Experience in developing project requirements
- Experience in business process modeling of ERP, SCM, PLM, CRM, EPC, BPMN
- Ability to work with software for business process modeling ARIS
- Knowledge of international quality standards (ISO)
