The Solution
Engi Tools is a custom software solution for generation and management of product documentation. It generates complex set of product documentation for solutions, built out of numerous standard components.
Engi Tools obtains information for each customer solution from your ERP system. The system then selects the needed documentation from your PLM system. An Engineer from your company loads the specific knowledge in the Rule-based Engine of Engi Tools. Using that Engine, the system extracts and forms the required set of documents for each customer order. Finally, Engi Tools delivers the full documentation set to your DMS system and the customer. Finally Engi Tools can generate automatically even the test procedures for the factory acceptance test for the systems you deliver.
